About Nanonotice
Nanonotice is a small, independent tech review site. We focus on categories that often get less coverage than phones and laptops: AI productivity tools, digital voice recorders, e-ink tablets, travel routers, and smart sleep trackers. Our goal is to help you choose products based on real use, not just specs.
Who we are
We’re a small editorial team of writers and testers who use these products in our own workflows—note-taking apps for research, voice recorders for interviews, e-ink devices for reading and writing, travel routers for remote work, and sleep trackers for understanding our own habits. We’re not a big media company; we don’t have a lab or a huge budget. We buy or borrow gear, use it for weeks, and write up what we think. That means our reviews are subjective and practical rather than exhaustive benchmarks.
How we review
We don’t accept payment for reviews or placement. We do use affiliate links: if you buy something after clicking a link on our site, we may earn a commission. That doesn’t change which products we cover or how we rank them. We update our comparison tables and buying guides when we retest or when something major changes (e.g. a product is discontinued or a new version launches). We always call out when a piece is sponsored or when we have a commercial relationship beyond standard affiliate programs.
Why these categories
AI note-taking and transcription, e-ink tablets, travel routers, and sleep trackers are areas where the gap between marketing and reality can be big. We want to cut through that: which AI app actually saves you time, which e-ink device is worth the cost, which travel router works in real hotels and cafés, and which sleep tracker gives you useful data. We’d rather go deep on a few categories we use every day than spread thin across everything.
